This is "Barn Cat", a watercolor painting done for the RSPCA show. Everyone is given a 12" x 12" canvas, so I painted the canvas black and attached the painting to it using matte medium. Then I sprayed 6 coats of archival gloss varnish on the painting so that it doesn't have to be framed.
very unique. It looked like only one of two watercolor submissions. And some lucky cat-lover took it home that night! congrats!
